- Transportation of containers to/from Phnom Penh is limited to 40 Tons, including container tare weight, truck and chassis.
- Transportation of containers to/from Sihanoukville is limited to gross weight 30.5 Tons (cargo + container tare weight). In case of found any overweight containers, Port will shift a vessel to the other berths and operate by Port's mobile crane instead with the extra charge USD400/hour and plus any other charges.
- No transshipment restriction and containers are required to be transshipped.

4. Commodities restrictions for Import Services

Following data is required to be declared to Customs 24 hours prior to vessel's arrival:
- Bill of Lading number
- Full name of shipper, consignee and notified party
- Container/seal number
- Number of packages/nature of packing/commodity
- Gross/net weight
- Marks and numbers
- Freight amount/status of delivery
