Customer Advisory: Montreal Gateway Terminal (MGT) and Termont Marine Terminal Facilities Closed Tuesday May 25th 0800 hours to 1600 hours
Dear Customer,
Please note the following communication from the subject terminal facilities:
“In order to permit the longshoremen to vote on the upcoming collective agreement, the Port will be closed for all activities related to local 375 on Tuesday, May 25, between 0800-1600 hours.”
This means there will be no container cargo operations (vessel/rail/gate) on that day from 08:00 to 16:00.”
The Toronto Express 174E export cargo closing at MGT is extended to Wednesday May 26th 16:00 hours with DG containers accepted and no late gates required. No containers will be received for this vessel after May 26 at 1600 hours.
Additionally, both Termont and MGT terminal facilities will provide an open gate on Tuesday May 25th from 1600-2330 hours for all container traffic.
