Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has issued Customs Notice 11-017 outlining the Advance Commercial Information (ACI) manifest requirements for import marine shipments which discharge in Canada then move in-transit to a final destination located in another country.  CBSA's Customs Notice 11-017 also explains the advance manifest reporting requirements when the carrier's bill of lading terms end in Canada, however the importer will arrange own cargo transportation from Canada to another country.
