Bill C39 passed final reading in the Senate and received Royal Assent early evening on May 31st with the law coming into force 12 hours thereafter. According to the latest CPR reports start-up of operations scheduled for 6:45 hours this morning June 1st, 2012 and embargo on all traffic has been lifted.

CPR Update May 31st, 2012
CPR has declared Force Majeure effective May 23rd, 2012.
As of May 23rd, 2012 CPR has stopped the clock on all import storage calculations. No charges will be assessed until operations resume.
