Customer Advisory: Winter Surcharge for Port of St. Petersburg, Trans-Atlantic Trade Eastbound

OOCL would like to advise that we have filed the Winter Surcharge (WSC) for the Port of St. Petersburg due to seasonal costs incurred during the winter.
The Winter Surcharge will be implemented for all cargo moving to or via the port of St. Petersburg with effect from December 9th, 2012 through April 30th, 2013 details as follows:
- USD$100/per 20’container
- USD$200/per 40’container
