Customs Strike in Kuwait:  A 9 day Customs Strike in Kuwait ended on March 21st.  Kuwait Customs operations have resumed to normal.

Fog in New York/New Jersey:  Fog in New York/New Jersey this week has resulted in the closure of the New York ship channel in the mornings.  Vessel operations may be delayed due to fog.

OOCL Chassis Policy Update:  Effective April 1, 2012, OOCL will no longer provide chassis for import and export shipments to/from facilities within the New York, N.Y. metropolitan area and Rochester, N.Y.  For additional information regarding the OOCL Chassis Policy Update, please refer to the following customer advisory link.
