Winter Surcharge for Ports of St. Petersburg and Ust-Luga (Russia)
OOCL would like to advise that we have filed the Winter Surcharge (WSC) for the ports of Saint Petersburg and Ust-Luga (Russia) due to seasonal costs incurred during the winter.
The Winter Surcharge will be implemented for all cargo moving to or via the ports of Saint Petersburg and Ust-Luga with effect from December 1st, 2013, through April 30th, 2014. The details are as follows:
• USD$100/per 20’container
• USD$200/per 40’container
