Effective: October 15th, 2013 cargo receipt date
Scope: Local Vancouver
Quantum: Dry Cargo US$320/20’GP, US$400/40’GP, US$450/40’HQ and US$505/45’HQ
Effective: October 15th, 2013 cargo receipt date
Scope: IPI and MLB Shipments via Port of Vancouver and All Water Shipments via Port of Halifax
Quantum: Dry Cargo US$480/20’GP, US$600/40’GP, US$675/40’HQ and US$760/45’HQ
