Senior Technical Engineer - Information Services Department

Accountabilities
- Develop and optimize data engineering solutions;
- Design and implement data models (conceptual & logical) to support analytics and data science use cases; collaborate with cross-functional teams;
- Build and maintain data platforms (data lakes, data warehouses, pipelines) using tools such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud services (AWS/Azure);
- Process and integrate heterogeneous data sources (e.g., message queues, relational databases, real-time streams);
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and scalability through governance frameworks and automated monitoring;
- Evaluate and recommend technical solutions; design architectures and applications for data insights delivery;
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve development efficiency;
- Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to accelerate product iteration using AI technologies;
- Stay updated on AI/LLM trends and validate innovations through PoC and MVP development.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Big Data, or a related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience;
- Proficient in Python, Java, or Scala, with solid SQL skills;
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) is a plus;
- Familiar with distributed computing and cloud platforms (Azure / Alibaba Cloud);
- Hands-on experience with Spark (batch & streaming) and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Docker, Kubernetes);
- Understanding of Kafka/RabbitMQ and database design principles;
- Experience in data management or analytics preferred;
- Experience in AI agent development preferred: Familiar with frameworks such as AutoGen, LangChain/LangGraph, MCP; Understanding of LLMs and NLP technologies.
