(Senior) Coordinator - Audit​

Accountabilities

• Audit shipment freighting accuracy and regulatory compliance, report incompliance case for correction and revenue protection.
• Audit particular service cargoes by trade and management's request to avoid rate mis-use, like named account rate audit, project cargo rate audit etc.
• Audit sales' rate offering upon Transpacific Eastbound' s empowerment guideline, push sales to correct offering if any incompliance is enclosed. 
• Peridically address audit report to regional management, trade colleagues, and HQ risk management team.  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or college degree with outstanding qualification, preferably in shipping/transportation related field;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in shipping-related business and/or international trade. Working experience on bill of lading, freighting and agreement/contract would be prioritized.
• Good command of both oral and written English;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft applications;
• Open minded; studious; initiative, proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team work spirit.
