(Senior) Coordinator - Global Customer Care
Job Location
Shanghai Office
- To handle various internal/external report needs in line with Lead CSU requirements, e.g. Vessel on time performance, lifting performance, cargo tracking, etc.
- To be driven by the actual customer needs and the business enquiry behind, design and work out customer-required new production by utilizing the internal data resources and existing office tools
- To summarize and point out the problem area by analyzing customer-defined scorecards, provide data analysis as well as follow-ups/proposal solutions, e.g. enhancement to workflow, liaise with respective regions/functions for review, come up with ad hoc/regular monitoring production, etc.
- To fully understand customer's SOP and break into different workflow/production/systemized production for execution by respective internal roles
- To communicate and coordinate with respective regions/departments on the implementation of customer's SOP
- To monitor Detention/Demurrage operational adjustment, provide monthly DD operational adjustment report. Audit and guide Regions for correct handling and improvement
- To audit shipment route, provide Regions the problematic shipment list for them to make double check and correction
- To support any of exceptional handling, production of internal quality control or GCC/SHA new projects if any
- University graduate or above.
- Fluent in both oral and written English. CET 6 is preferred.
- Practical knowledge of simple programming on Excel/Macro/Access is preferred.
- Good communication as well as negotiation skills, with both commercial and customer service sense.
- Quick learner, customer-driven, and achievement oriented.
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently under pressure.
