Internal Communication Officer - Internal Communication & Corporate Culture
Job Location
Shanghai Office
- Source and develop editorial content and work closely with business leaders and global HR teams on global employee communication and the promotion of corporate culture
- As Deputy Editor-in-Chief, support the writing, editing and publishing of news, articles and videos on intranet and other global employee communication platforms
- Translate management reports on a weekly basis
- Degree Holder in Communications, Business Management and related disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employee or corporate communications from a sizable organization or MNC
- People-oriented with good inter-personal skills, and be able to communicate with all levels of people
- Proficient in SharePoint publishing, photo editing and video production
