(Senior) Coordinator

Accountabilities

 

  • To support online chat service globally and ensure the online requests shall be answered properly; 
  • To monitor GPS-installed Reefer containers, diagnose temperature deviations and take corrective actions;   

  • To set up and maintain Booking Confirmation Rules for global offices; 
  • To verify and maintain global customer profiles per local offices' requirements; 
  • To support publish Vessel Information Board on daily basis;  
  •  To check customer profile is on sanction list or not, make sure we are not engaged in any business activities with sanctioned individual/entity;  
  • To support shipment rollover notification to customers;  
  • To support other tasks if any.   

 

Requirements

 

  • Fluent English, both oral and written;
  • Bachelor degree preferably in Logistics, Business or related;

  • CET-6, good command of both oral and written English, 1 year+ work experience in documentation or customer service department is preferred;

  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills;

  • Skillful communication with internal and external;

  • Accountable and responsible, Positive attitude under high pressure, patience;

  • Strong PC skills required (Microsoft Office 2007 Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
