(Senior) Coordinator - Customer Agreement Maintenance​

Accountabilities

 

  • To draft and maintain contracts for non-FMC regulated Trade.
  • To file contracts for the authorized trades.
  • To approve the authorized trade's customized D&D service offerings to faithfully reflect the provisions specified in each contract or endorsed by Trade.
  • To approve the authorized trade's rate quoted by sales according to trade's empowerment or endorsement.
  • Review contract & agreement terms and complete statistical analysis as needed basis.
  • Maintain the authorized trade's guideline rate as trade's instruction. ​

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree or college degree with outstanding qualification, preferably in shipping/transportation related field.
  • Have working experience in shipping-related business and/or international trade, preferably familiar with Transpacific Trade.

  • Initiative, proactive, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team-work spirit.

  • Good command of both oral and written English, CET-6 is a must.

  • Good knowledge in Microsoft applications.
