(Senior) Coordinator - Cargo Movement

- To monitor Detention/Demurrage overdue, provide monthly DD overdue report to Regions, remind and guide Regions to clear overdue.
- To monitor Detention/Demurrage billable outstanding, provide monthly DD billable OS report to Regions, remind and guide Regions to clear outstanding.
- To monitor Detention/Demurrage exception case, provide monthly DD exception report to Regions, remind and guide Regions to clear exception case.
- To monitor Detention/Demurrage operational adjustment, provide monthly DD operational adjustment report. Audit and guide Regions for correct handling and improvement.
- To investigate incident and its affects to loaded containers, inform and guide Regions to make announcement to customers, update latest news to Regions.
- To audit shipment route, provide Regions the problematic shipment list for them to make double check and correction.
- 监控集装箱的长期滞留，提供月报告给各Region， 提醒并指导各Region处理。
- 监控未生成发票的滞期费，提供月报告给各region， 提醒并指导各Region处理。
- 监控各种其他原因导致滞期费用在系统中无法完成的情况，提供月报告给各Region， 提醒并指导各Region处理。
- 监控滞期费减免，提供月报告给各Region， 提醒并指导各Region处理。
- 核查各种意外事件对相关集装箱的影响，通知并指导各Region发布正式通知给客人，及时通知后续进展和解决方案。
- 核查BKG线路，找出问题所在，提醒并指导各Region改正。
- Good English skill of reading and writing is preferred.
- Good computer skill of Microsoft office (outlook/excel/macro) is preferred.
- Be careful and patient to deal with huge data base.
- Analytical ability to solve problem.
- Experience of BKG creation is preferred.
- 良好的英文读写能力者优先。
- 良好的办公室软件技巧者优先。
- 能仔细耐心地处理大量数据。
- 拥有较强的分析能力去解决问题。
- 有BKG经验者优先。
