Inland Fuel Surcharge
Dear Customer,
This is to advise that with effect from April 1, 2006, the Inland Fuel Surcharge will be adjusted for all tariff and contract shipments as follows:
• USD 49 per container for West Coast Local SDD (store door delivery), Group 4 and East Coast Local SDD cargo (including New York/ New Jersey Commercial Zone Points).
• USD 169 per container for MLB, IPI and RIPI cargo.
