Inland Fuel Surcharge
Dear Customer,
This is to advise that with effect from January 1, 2006, the Inland Fuel Surcharge will be adjusted for all shipments as follows:
• USD 64 per container for truck moves.
• USD 222 per container for rail and combined truck / rail moves.
Noted: Based on cargo receiving date.
