Hong Kong, Macau and South China to Colombo
Port Congestion Surcharge 

Dear Customers,

This is to advise that with effect from 30th Jul, 2006, the Port Congestion Surcharge for all DRY shipments will be applied as follows:

                                              USD 40 per 20’
                                              USD 80 per 40’
                                              USD 80 per 40HQ'
                      
Note: Based on cargo on-board date.
