Hong Kong, Macau and South China To U.K. Ports
Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)

Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 1st December, 2007, the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) will be applied for all containers discharged at U.K. ports, per followings 


                                                USD 145 Per 20'
                                                USD 290 per 40'
                                                USD 290 per 40HQ'
        

                             
Noted: Based on shipment on-board date
            This surcharge is to be paid together with the ocean freight
