North and Central China to UK, Ireland - UK Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)

尊敬的客户和代理： 

自2007年12月1日起，我司中国（除华南地区）至UK(包括所有UK Port; Northern Ireland)和the Republic of Ireland (包括Belfast, Dublin，Cork)的货物将征收UK PORT CONGESTION SURCHARGE（简称PCS）: USD145/TEU 。

以开船日征收为准。费用预、到付条款随运费。
