ANNOUNCEMENT

Direct Cargo Tracking on www.oocl.com

Dear Customers,

We are pleased to announce that OOCL customers can now track their cargo online directly, at http://www.oocl.com effective on 5 March 2007.

In addition to the sailing schedules and vessel tracking, customers can now access individual shipment information online at www.oocl.com.

This function is made possible by using the tool “Express Link,” provided by CargoSmart to OOCL as one of its customers. Express Link has been added to the http://www.oocl.comsite, enabling OOCL’s customers and logistics partners to share its high-quality shipment information.

Customers can now go to www.oocl.com and type in their container or bill of lading number under “Cargo Tracking,” or click on “Sailing Schedule” or “Vessels and Rail Tracking” under e-Services for respective information.

Along with superb efficiency, the “Express Link” from CargoSmart incorporates security measures to prevent unauthorized access to our customers’ shipment information.

With the “Express Link” enhancement, OOCL now offers more direct, value-added and customized services to our customers for their shipment arrangement solutions and transportation intermediaries.
