Per Ministry of Communication of the People’s Republic of China notice dated 19th June 2007 with regard to the captioned subject, we would like to reiterate that OOCL (China) Limited will not enter into any rate agreement nor accept bookings with/from any NVOCC not properly registered with MOC.
