根据《中华人民共和国国际海运条例》及其实施细则的规定，班轮船公司不得与不具有经营资格的无船承运人订立协议运价，不得与其发生业务关系。
因此，我司重申不接受不具有经营资格的无船承运人的订舱。并提醒货主，提高防范意识，不要接受未依法登记的提单，避免合法权益受到侵害。
