Hong Kong, Macau, South China to Kolkata
Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)

Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 4th November, 2007, the Port Congestion surcharges for all DRY shipments will be applied as follows:

                                               USD 150 per 20' 
                                               USD 300 per 40' 
                                               USD 300 per 40'HQ
