Restriction on hazmat transports in China during the Olympic period

The restriction for discharge and transit will take effect from 18^th July to 31^st August 2008. The restriction will apply for following ports:
Shanghai
Ningbo
Qingdao
Dalian
Xingang/Tianjin

Following classes are banned:    
Class 1
Class 5.2
Class 7

Following UN-numbers are banned:

Class 2.3 and sub label:    
UNNO:

 Class 3:   UNNO 1090, 1091 and any commodity containing the technical name of “Acetone”

 Class 5.1:  UNNO 1942, 2067, 2426, 3375 and any commodity containing the technical name of “Ammonium Nitrate”

Class 5.1 (8):   UNNO 1511, 2014, 2051 and any commodity containing the technical name “Hydrogen Oxide”

Class 6.1 and other classes with sub label 6.1:
UNNO:         

Any other UN numbers of class 6.1 we will apply MSA approval prior shipment.

Class 8:    UNNO 1830, 1831, 1832, 2796 and any commodity containing the technical name of “Sulfuric Acid”.

Class 8:    UNNO 2031, 2032 and any commodity containing the technical name of “Nitric Acid”.

Class 8:    UNNO 1789, 1790 and any commodity containing the technical name of “Hydrochloric Acid”.

Class 9:    UNNO 2071
