Dear Valued Customer, 

OOCL would like to impose Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EIS) with effective from Aug 22nd 2011 (cargo arrival date). This surcharge will be on collect basis. 

Please be advised that the new surcharge (EIS) quantum for traffic from China Mainland (Except Hainan, Yunnan, Guangxi, Guangdong Provinces) to Chennai and Kolkata and include inland cargo which are t/s via Chennai and Kolkata port will be applied as follows: 

USD 75 per 20 GP

USD 150 per 40 GP & HQ
