Pls be advised that Inbound Documentation Fee (DCF) will be adjusted to CNY 250 per Bill of Lading with effective November 1st, 2011 for Asia – Europe Eastbound / Asia – Australia & New Zealand Northbound / Trans-Pacific Westbound. Effective date November 1st, 2011 refers to "BL on-board date" for Asia – Europe Eastbound / Asia – Australia & New Zealand Northbound and "cargo receiving date" for Trans-Pacific Westbound respectively.

The adjustment is applied to traffic from all origins in Europe (including Europe Continent, Mediterranean & Black Sea), Oceania (Australia / New Zealand), U.S.A. and Canada to Xiamen/Quanzhou/Zhangzhou.
