Dear Valued Customers:
To streamline our customer service process as well as simplify container pick-up procedure at depot, with effective June 15th, 2011 onwards, EIR will be collected under OOCL Bill of Lading instead of through depot and/or 3rd party agents, for traffic from or to below POR/FND: Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Yiwu, Nanjing, Nanchang, Yangzhou, Nantong, Zhangjiagang, Hefei, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Jiujiang, Changsha.
Depot and/or 3rd party agent who used to collect EIR on behalf of OOCL shall concurrently cease collecting this surcharge with effective June 15th, 2011.
