Reduction of EIS for Chennai
Dear Valued Customers,
OOCL would like to reduce Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EIS) with effective from Jan 15th 2012 (cargo arrival date). This surcharge will be on collect basis.
Please be advised that the EIS quantum for traffic from China Mainland (Except Hainan, Yunnan, Guangxi, Guangdong Provinces) to Chennai and include inland cargo which is t/s via Chennai port will be applied as follows:
USD 75 per 20 GP
USD 150 per 40 GP & HQ
