Hong Kong, Macau and South China* to
(Except Japan) Rate Restoration (RR)

Dear Customers,  

This is to advise that with effect from 13th March, 2011, the Rate Restoration (RR) for all DRY shipments will be applied as follows:

*Note: 'South China' includes Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou, Hainan & Yunnan Province
