Please be advised that due to various operating cost increase, OOCL would like to adjust Terminal Handling Charge (THC) for Outbound and Terminal Handling Charge at Destination (THD) for Inbound in China (Except Hainan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Guangdong Provinces) to a reasonable level to maintain our quality service to all customers.
Effect from February 17th, 2012, new tariff will be applied for traffic from China Mainland to all destinations, and from all origins except USA and Canada to China Mainland.
