For cargo discharging at Halifax and destined to inland points：
USD 840 / 20' Container  
USD 1050 / 40' Container  
USD 1181 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 1329 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $19.00  

The effective date refers to Cargo Receipt Date
