OOCL would like to advise that effective July 5th, 2012, cargo receipt date, a Carrier Security Charge (CSS) of US$13 per container will be assessed against all cargo from Asia and Indian Sub-Continent to Canada. This charge will be payable as per freight terms and is not applicable for cargo received at Taiwan.
