Asia to Russia via St. Petersburg or Ust-Luga
Winter Surcharge (WSC)

 Dear Customer,

Please be advised that OOCL is to implement Winter Surcharge for all West bound cargoes to Russia via St. Petersburg or Ust-Luga. It takes effect from December 1, 2013 to April 30, 2014. The quantum is as follows:  

     USD 100 per 20’
     USD 200 per 40’
     USD 200 per 40’HQ

Note:
1. Based on B/L on-board date.
2. This surcharge is to be payable together with the ocean freight.
