1) Applicable to all shipments with contract commencement date on/after January 1, 2013:

For cargo at West Coast and destined to West Coast ports or Group 4 points:  USD 422 / 20' Container  

• USD 527 / 40' Container  
• USD 593 / 40' High Cube Container  
• USD 667 / 45' Container  
• Per Revenue Ton - $10.00  

For cargo discharge at West Coast and destined to Non-West Coast / Non-Group 4 points:

• USD 713 / 20' Container  
• USD 891 / 40' Container  
• USD 1002 / 40' High Cube Container
• USD 1128 / 45' Container  
• Per Revenue Ton - $16.00  

For cargo at East Coast and destined to East Coast ports or inland points:                    

• USD 784 / 20' Container  
• USD 980 / 40' Container  
• USD 1103 / 40' High Cube Container  
• USD 1241 / 45' Container  
• Per Revenue Ton - $18.00  

2) Applicable to shipments with contract commencement date before January 1, 2013:

For cargo discharge at West Coast         

• USD 422 / 20' Container  
• USD 527 / 40' Container  
• USD 593 / 40' High Cube Container  
• USD 667 / 45' Container  
• Per Revenue Ton - $10.00  

For cargo discharge at East Coast          

• USD 784 / 20' Container  
• USD 980 / 40' Container  
• USD 1103 / 40' High Cube Container  
• USD 1241 / 45' Container  
• Per Revenue Ton - $18.00  

The effective date refers to Cargo Receipt Date
