REEFER  - via Halifax       

• USD 1428 / 20' Container

2)Inland Fuel Charge

Applicable to all shipments with contract commencement date on/after Jul.01, 2013:

• USD105 per container for truck moves                                        
• USD364 per container for rail and combined truck/rail moves   

The effective date refers to Cargo Receipt Date
