Inbound Operation Restrictions during Chinese New Year Holiday in South China

Dear Customers,

We would like to remind you that during the forthcoming Chinese New Year Holiday, there will be operation restrictions for import shipments in South China (including Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan & Yunan,Guizhou) as following: 


      • For Hainan/ Guangxi/ Yunnan/ Guizhou and “Pearl River Delta” ports, including but not limited to Huangpu/ Foshan/ Sanshui/ Guangzhou/ Zhanjiang/ Zhongshan/ Zhuhai/ Jiangmen/ Shantou/ Huizhou/ Dongguan, all inbound Hazardous shipments will be prohibited from January 20 to February 06 ,2014. 
      • For Shenzhen ports including Shekou/ Yantian/ Chiwan / Da Chan Bay, import operations are same as usual.
      • For some ports in Hainan/ Guangxi and “Pearl River Delta” , the feeder service will be suspended during the holiday (January 29 to February 06 ,2014).
Any demurrage/ detention incurred at transhipment port will be on account of cargo due to such restrictions during the aforesaid period. Please kindly arrange your shipment well in advance.
