1) Applicable to all shipments with contract commencement date on/after January 1, 2013:

For cargo at West Coast and destined to  West Coast ports or Group 4 points:          
USD 429 / 20' Container  
USD 536 / 40' Container  
USD 603 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 678 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $10.00  

For cargo at West Coast and destined to West Coast ports or non-Group 4 inland points:     
USD 724 / 20' Container  
USD 905 / 40' Container  
USD 1018 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 1146 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $16.00  

For cargo at East Coast and destined to                        
East Coast ports or inland points:                                   
USD 812 / 20' Container  
USD 1015 / 40' Container  
USD 1142 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 1285 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $18.00  
 

2) Applicable to shipments with contract commencement date before January 1, 2013:

For cargo discharge at West Coast                     
USD 429 / 20' Container  
USD 536 / 40' Container  
USD 603 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 678 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $10.00  

For cargo discharge at East Coast                                   
USD 812 / 20' Container  
USD 1015 / 40' Container  
USD 1142 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 1285 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $18.00  

The effective date refers to Cargo Receipt Date
