Documentation fee and Local Surcharges Update
In Hong Kong and South China
Dear Customer,
A) Outbound Cargoes:
This is to advise that with effect from Oct 17, 2013, the documentation (DOC) fee and some local surcharges will be adjusted for all Outbound DRY and REEFER shipments as follows:

• **Electronic Documentation Fee (EDF) will be removed from Oct 17,2013 and Documentation fee (DOC) will be standardized at one quantum for all outbound B/L.
• # Manual SI fee will only be applied when customer submits the SI neither by EDI; nor via OOCL’s on-line portal; nor OOCL unified template. The fee will be payable together with other prepaid local charges prior to release of Bills of Lading
Note: effective date would be based on shipment on-board date except for USA & Canada which is based on cargo receiving date.
B) Inbound and Outbound Storage fee in Shenzhen
We have standardized the storage fee tariff in Shenzhen terminals; please refer this link for detail.
