1) Applicable to all shipments with contract commencement date on/after January 1, 2013:

For cargo at West Coast and destined to West Coast ports or Group 4 points:            
USD 420 / 20' Container  
USD 525 / 40' Container  
USD 591 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 665 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $10.00  


For cargo discharge at West Coast and destined to Non-West Coast / Non-Group 4 points:
USD 707 / 20' Container  
USD 884 / 40' Container  
USD 995 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 1119 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $16.00  

For cargo at East Coast and destined to  East Coast ports or inland points:                                 
USD 784 / 20' Container  
USD 980 / 40' Container  
USD 1103 / 40' High Cube Container  
USD 1241 / 45' Container  
Per Revenue Ton - $18.00 
 

2) Applicable to shipments with contract commencement date before January 1, 2013:

For cargo discharge at West Coast

For cargo discharge at East Coast

The effective date refers to Cargo Receipt Date
