• Per Revenue Ton - $67.00

REEFER  - via West Coast

• USD 791 / 20' Container
• USD 989 / 40' Container
• USD 989/ 40' High Cube Container
• Per Revenue Ton - $49.00 

REEFER  - via East Coast  

• USD 1422 / 20' Container   
• USD 1778 / 40' Container  
• USD 1778 / 40' High Cube Container 
• Per Revenue Ton - $89.00    

2)Inland Fuel Charge 

Applicable to all shipments with contract commencement date on/after Oct.01, 2013:

• USD 102 per container for truck moves                                         
• USD 353 per container for rail and combined truck/rail moves   

 
The effective date refers to Cargo Receipt Date
