Please be advised that due to various operating costs have been increased, OOCL will adjust Terminal Handling Charge (THC) for outbound and Terminal Handling Charge at Destination (THD) for inbound in mainland China (except Hainan, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Guangdong Provinces), effective from February 15th, 2014. The new tariff is not applicable for trans-Pacific westbound to mainland China.
