Electronic VAT General Invoice Implementation Notice

 

Dear customers,

 

To meet the company's business development and customer needs, the respective of OOCL branch offices in South China have implemented to use of Electronic VAT (eVAT) general invoice effective from 18th December, 2020. For any customers would like to issue eVAT invoice, he/she only needs to select the invoice type and fill in the correct information in the invoice application. Our company will issue an Electronic VAT general invoice (CNY or USD) according to the customer's requirements and send it to the customer's designated mailbox by E-mail.

 

Point to note:

 

  1. We only issue eVAT general invoice to the actual payer. The invoice party, shipment party and the actual payer should be the same. 
  2. Our company provides VAT exempt invoices, including paper invoices and electronic invoices. Please submit the type of invoice which per your required. 
  3. The eVAT invoice will be sent to the customer by email. Please download and print it directly.
