Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 13 November, 2006, the Rate Restoration for all DRY shipments will be applied as follows::

1. Ex Shenzhen
                                         USD    50 per 20'  
                                         USD  100 per 40'
                                         USD  100 per 40HQ'

1. Ex South China except Shenzhen 
                                        USD   30 per 20' 
                                        USD   50 per 40'
                                        USD   50 per 40HQ'
