Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 1st November, 2006, the Rate Restoration for all DRY shipments will be applied as follows:

                                      USD   30 per 20'  
                                      USD   50 per 40'
                                      USD   50 per 40HQ'
                                                                                                               
Note: Based on shipment on-board date.
