ANNOUNCEMENT

Implementation of Terminal Handling Charge in Vietnam

Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 1st June, 2007, the Terminal Handling Charge for all inbound and outbound shipments to and from Vietnam will be applied as follows:

                                               USD 60 per 20GP
                                               USD 90 per 40GP 
                                               USD 90 per 40HQ
                                   
Note: Based on shipment on-board date.
