ANNOUNCEMENT

Hong Kong, Macau and South China to
St. Petersburg, Russia Emergency Surcharge

Dear Customers, 

This is to advise that with effect from 1st April, 2007, the Rate Restoration for all DRY shipments will be applied as follows:

                            Dry Shipment : USD 400/40GP
                                                     USD 800/40GP
                                                     USD 800/40HQ

                           Reefer Shipment : USD 675/40GP
                                                         USD 1350/40GP
                                                         USD 1350/40HQ

This Emergency Surcharge is applied together with the Winter Surcharge for all DRY and REEFER shipments to St. Petersburg, Russia at USD 65 / 130 / 130 per 20GP/40GP/40HQ
