Tax Invoice Cancellation, Amendment & Re-Issuance Fee  (VIR)

In the event that Carrier is required to cancel, amend, re-issue the Tax Invoice and/or issue the "Certificate of Loss of Value Added Tax Invoice" through local tax authority due to an error or omission on the part of Shipper or its agent, a Tax Invoice Cancellation, Amendment, Re-issuance Fee, Issuance the Certificate of Loss of Value Added Tax Invoice fee shall be levied each time.
