Dear valued customer, As a customer of OOCLs we would like to bring to your attention changes to the customs procedures for exports to Japan. These changes are to enhance the security of the global supply chain, implementation is expected in March 2014. Below are some of the changes that will affect bookings to Japan:

Revenue Restoration Program - Asia Europe Trade ( Westbound ) Dear Valued Customer, In order to continue providing quality and sustainable services, we are announcing a Revenue Restoration Program in the Asia Europe Trade. With effect from December 15, freight rate for westbound traffic from Far East (excluding Japan) to North Europe, the Mediterranean and Black Sea will be increased by US$775 per TEU.

Dear Valued Customer, OOCL would like to inform you of the following void sailing of Gulf Atlantic Express (GAX) as part of the Vessel Maintenance Scheme: • Eastbound: Washington Express 065E with an ETD from Port Everglades on December 21, 2013 • Westbound: Washington Express 066W with an ETD from Bremerhaven on January 12, 2014
