​OOCL Receives John Deere Partner Award 2011

OOCL is proud to announce that we were honored by one of our major US customers, John Deere (JD), a world leading manufacturer of agricultural machinery, with the ‘John Deere Partner Award’ for 2011.

In the presence of over 800 attendees, Mr. Tony Crisafulli, Director of Trans-Atlantic Commercial Section of OOCL received the award from Ms. Diane Venezuela, Segment Manager, Ocean Transportation/Deere & Company, and Worldwide Logistics Operations of JD, at the JD 2012 Achieving Excellence Banquet, held at the River Center in Davenport, Iowa.

This is the second consecutive year that OOCL has received the Award which recognizes our commitment to high quality services and meeting customers’ demands and business needs.  JD sets very high standards for the Award and in order to earn a ‘Partner Status’ a vendor or supplier must achieve a 95% to 100% performance grade.  JD accesses the company’s history, pace of business growth, and its future business relationship with them.

OOCL is very proud to be a trusted Partner of JD and we look forward to a long-term business partnership with them and in supporting their goal of achieving an export growth from the US to key global markets by 50% in the years ahead.
